At this year's Prague Quadrennial, you can see some 150 expositions and installations made specifically for Prague by artists from all over the world, plus more than 600 live events – performances, lectures, art workshops, happenings, and concerts – all at nearly 50 venues for the most part in downtown Prague. But never fear: You have 11 days, and we can offer several routes you can take.
It all depends on what interests you and how much time you have. J If you have an hour, pick one of the main venues and purchase a ticket for just one visit. You will encounter many installations and live events on the city's streets and public squares, in towers and on the Vltava River – naturally, for free.
But we hope that you will want to see and experience much more than that! The wind will be blowing at PQ'15, there will be music of all genres, and you can join artists from all over the world to speak out on contemporary political events. You can spend all day at the Quadrennial, from a morning tour on an Australian boat to night-time visits at all venues.
In order to provide you with a simpler overview, we here offer several alternative routes for exploring the PQ. We look forward to meeting you somewhere.
