Vernissage of "Handa Gote: The Hut" in Náprstek Museum

The exhibition The Hut is a part of the accompanying program of Tribes at the Náprstek Museum.

The Hut built by the art group Handa Gote will house some of their art

items and performances as well as Martin Vosáhlo's original photos
of costumes made in Handa Gote workshops. The Czech tramping
movement, a distinctive form of escapism and a microcosm of society
with its own rituals, costumes, and music, is highly theatrical in nature.

On most days, Handa Gote will meet at The Hut to hold discussions,
work on their new performances, and answer any questions that curious passers-by may ask.
