PQ'15 at The National Theatre and VILA Štvanice

Scenographer Jana Preková and her team will, within the Czech exposition in the Section of Countries and Regions, pay homage to theatre director and scenographer Jan Nebeský is one of the major personalities of the Czech theatre scene. For eleven days during the PQ'15, the Piazzeta of the National Theatre is tramsforming into the venue for the "Nebeský Festival". VILA Štvanice hosts the czech project within the Performing Space - GOLEM Cube.

The National Theatre is the Czech Republic's representative stage and one of the symbols of Czech national identity. Today's National Theatre comprises four artistic ensembles – Opera, Drama, Ballet and Laterna magika – which alternate in performances in the historic building of the National Theatre (1883), the State Opera (1888), the Estates Theatre (1783) and the New Stage (1983).

VILA Štvanice

Ostrovní Vila Štvanice byla v minulosti domovem vyhlášené pražské tančírny Růžodol. V současné době je využívána jako kulturní prostor pro realizaci divadelních představení, výstav a koncertů.
